Henry Hosey
Hi, I'm Henry. Through WellQor, I provide convenient online therapy that allows students to access support from wherever they are. WellQor also accepts most major insurance plans, helping make quality mental health care more accessible. Many of my clients are juggling academic pressures, relationships, family expectations, and uncertainty about the future while trying to figure out who they are and where they want to go. I especially enjoy helping students who feel stuck in cycles of worry, self-doubt, or overthinking. Together, we focus on practical skills that can be used both in therapy and everyday life to help manage anxiety, build confidence, and navigate challenges more effectively. I also work well with individuals who are processing grief, trauma, or significant life changes and are looking for support as they move forward. My clients are often motivated to grow but may not know where to start. They value having a therapist who is genuine, attentive, and willing to work alongside them. Whether you're struggling with a specific issue or simply looking for a space to better understand yourself, I strive to help you gain insight, develop new tools, and create meaningful change in your life.
Dr. Jennifer McGoldrick
As a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 20 years of experience, I have worked with individuals from many different backgrounds and life stages, helping them navigate challenges related to stress, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and personal growth. Throughout my career, I've worked in a variety of settings, including military and veteran healthcare, behavioral health programs, and private practice, which has given me a broad perspective on the many ways people experience and respond to life's challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based care. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable exploring your experiences, gaining new perspectives, and developing skills that support your well-being both now and in the future. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply looking for support during a period of growth and change, I strive to create an environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.
Gabri'Ella Bonner
Through WellQor, I provide online therapy for college students and young adults, and WellQor accepts most major insurance plans to help make care more accessible. My approach starts with understanding your story rather than judging your symptoms. I believe that our experiences shape how we see ourselves, connect with others, and navigate the world, and that healing often begins when we take the time to understand those connections. One thing I have learned through my work is that people are often much harder on themselves than they would ever be on someone else. Many students come to therapy feeling frustrated by their emotions, relationships, or reactions to stress. They wonder why they keep repeating certain patterns, why they struggle to move on from difficult experiences, or why they don't seem to be coping as well as everyone around them appears to be. I work with students facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and everyday life stress. Together, we can explore what's beneath the surface, strengthen coping skills, and create space for growth and healing. My goal is to help you build a greater sense of self-understanding, confidence, and trust in your ability to move through life's challenges.
Lauren Whitehead
Hi! I'm Lauren Whitehead, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with people from all walks of life on anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship struggles, and big life changes like starting college or figuring out what comes next. These seasons are hard, but they can also be real chances to grow, and therapy can help you get there. My favorite part of this work is watching clients find strength they didn't know they had. I believe small changes add up. One positive thought in the morning can shift your whole day. In our sessions we'll build practical tools like mindfulness and healthy coping skills, and practice treating yourself with more compassion. You can count on me to listen, support you, and keep our space safe and free of judgment. You don't need to know exactly what you want to work on. Showing up for yourself is the first step. Find a spot on my calendar and let's get started! Lauren Whitehead, LCSW

I love offering support, education, and real tools, and there's nothing better than watching a client grow and make positive changes. Hector Soto
Hello, I'm Dr. Hector Soto, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience across social services, schools, hospitals, and outpatient settings. I first headed toward pre-med and pediatrics, but a course in abnormal child psychology sparked a deeper calling to understand the mind and support people through emotional challenges. Seeing the strength people carry through trauma, loss, and adversity still shapes how I work today. I help individuals, couples, and families with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship conflict, and major life transitions. A lot of our work is about understanding your patterns, building emotional regulation, and finding a stronger sense of stability and direction. I believe real change comes from a mix of insight, accountability, and practical skills, and I'll always meet you with dignity along the way. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we step into the work together. My approach is trauma informed, integrative, and evidence based, drawing on cognitive and behavioral therapy, psychodynamic and attachment work, and mind body approaches. I also make room for meaning making, including faith informed perspectives when that resonates with you. Outside of work, I love time with my family, attending church, and staying active. I also share my home with five dogs, my own team of four legged therapists. I'll encourage you to face challenges with both courage and self compassion. I look forward to meeting you! Dr. Hector Soto, LCSW, DSW

Sarah Crulcich
Hi there! I’m Sarah, MPH, RDN, a Registered Dietitian based in Houston, Texas, passionate about helping you build confidence in managing diabetes and metabolic health while creating a positive, sustainable relationship with food that honors your culture, preferences, and lifestyle. My passion for nutrition is rooted in my diverse experiences across community research, food banking, nutrition policy, and agriculture. These experiences have shaped my belief that nutrition is about so much more than what we eat. It’s about supporting your health in a way that feels realistic, enjoyable, and aligned with your life. My approach is trauma informed, compassionate, and centered on meeting you where you are, helping you make meaningful changes without giving up the foods you love. I believe healthy eating should feel flexible, empowering, and culturally inclusive. Rather than focusing on strict rules or perfection, I work alongside you to build practical habits that fit your daily routine and support your long term well being. My areas of specialty include diabetes, prediabetes, PCOS, menopause, and metabolic health across the lifespan. Using evidence based nutrition guidance and a collaborative coaching approach, I tailor each session to your unique goals, experiences, and values. Together, we’ll focus on building sustainable habits, improving your confidence around food choices, and helping you feel supported every step of the way. As a Korean American, I understand how important it is to preserve cultural traditions while working toward your health goals. I enjoy helping clients find ways to incorporate meaningful foods into their lives without sacrificing health or enjoyment. Outside of work, I love exploring history through food, gardening, playing tennis, and I’m currently learning Korean. Melissa Bennett-Heinz
I practice via telehealth in NY, NC, WA, and TX. I specialize in working with adult men and women who may look fine on the outside, but inside you're struggling to get your own needs met, self-doubt, perfectionism, and shame. Gestalt Therapy goes beyond looking only at the cognitive, linear perspective of the person. It demands of the therapist an awareness of the body and how it manifests in the psyche. Through its focus on process rather than content, the patient gains an experiential awareness of how they do what they do and new choices emerge spontaneously. The radical focus on process in Gestalt creative therapy keeps the work alive and full of possibility for both the patient and for my work as a therapist. Melissa Bennett-Heinz obtained her master’s degree in clinical social work from Columbia University (Class of 2002) and is a graduate of Gestalt Associates for Psychotherapy in New York City, NY. In addition to her background in Gestalt Therapy, she obtained her bachelor's and master’s degrees from the esteemed conservatory, Manhattan School of Music, in New York City, where she majored in Oboe Performance. Melissa completed cognitive behavioral studies under the tutelage of Dr. William Sanderson. She is a licensed clinical social worker in NY, WA, NC, and TX and has over twenty years of specialized training and experience in PTSD, childhood abuse, mood and anxiety disorders. Melissa brings her background as a classical musician and deep spirituality together in her unique approach in Gestalt's creative and experiential therapy.
