I strive to help individuals struggling with distressing emotions, unhealthy relationships, uncertainty, and the overwhelming demands of life. I see a wide range of clients, including those suffering from anxiety, depression, low motivation, relationship issues, and trauma. In therapy, I will help you to develop an understanding of how past experiences influence your current struggles. As you learn about yourself and the origin of your suffering, you will become more self-aware, fulfilled, and equipped to make positive changes. I trained at UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas and have extensive experience in private practice, hospital, and college counseling settings. I seek to establish a supportive, nurturing relationship with clients to facilitate growth and introspection in an environment of compassion, respect, and non-judgmental acceptance. I believe therapy offers a unique experience to learn about yourself, others, and the world. My hope is to join you on a path towards developing a greater sense of wellness and passion that will enrich your relationships, professional endeavors, and personal interests. Trauma, Relationships, and Family Patterns — Helping You Build Healthier Connections If you’re feeling overwhelmed by past experiences, stuck in relationship patterns, or struggling with communication and connection, you’re not alone. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating trauma, family-of-origin challenges, communication difficulties, cultural differences, and life transitions—and who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. As a practicum therapist in the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Abilene Christian University, I am supervised by Julia Wesley, LMFT-S, and provide therapy in the Frisco and Prosper areas. In our work together, you can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we focus on understanding patterns—how you communicate, how your family-of-origin experiences shape your relationships, and how past experiences may still be impacting you today. I help clients build stronger communication skills, navigate conflict more effectively, and develop healthier, more fulfilling relationships. I am especially passionate about working with those impacted by trauma and helping clients make sense of how their past connects to their present. My approach is grounded in family systems and relational therapy, meaning we look at how your relationships, environment, and experiences all interact. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we work to understand the bigger picture and create lasting change in the patterns that matter most to you. I strive to provide a culturally sensitive and inclusive space, and I am committed to supporting clients from diverse backgrounds, including those within the LGBTQ+ community. Before entering the therapy field, I worked in leadership and people management, where I developed strong skills in communication, conflict resolution, and supporting individuals through challenges. I bring that real-world experience into the therapy room to help clients apply practical tools in their daily lives. I am also passionate about supporting diverse and underserved communities. My work as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Ambassador and ADHD advocate reflects my commitment to creating an inclusive, culturally aware space where clients feel seen, respected, and understood. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready to begin your healing journey or want to see if we’re a good fit, I invite you to connect.

Many of the college students I work with are balancing classes, jobs, relationships, and questions about who they are—and that can feel overwhelming. I often help students who are navigating academic stress, identity changes, and family expectations, while also working to feel more confident and handle life’s challenges without burning out. As a Latino and LGBTQ+ therapist, I understand how culture, family, and identity can shape your college experience and sometimes add extra pressure. In our work together, I use proven counseling methods like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to give you practical tools for managing emotions and relationships. I create a safe, welcoming space where your whole self is valued, and where you can explore who you are, challenge old beliefs, and build skills to thrive both in and out of the classroom.

We offer trauma informed therapy for children, teens, and adults, in-person in South Austin, telehealth available to all Texas residents. I specialize in helping women in their 20s and 30s who are struggling with anxiety in relationships and sex, or those who are processing past sexual trauma or toxic relationships. Many of my clients notice patterns or traits within themselves which are impacting their relationships and intimacy, leaving them feeling disconnected and at a loss for what might help. In addition to my work with adults, I also enjoy working with children and adolescents (ages 3-18), especially those who are neurodivergent or highly sensitive. With a background as a Preschool Teacher, a Registered Behavior Technician working with children on the Autism Spectrum, and as a long-time babysitter, I am able to connect deeply with young people to help them feel understood. My personal experience growing up with undiagnosed ADHD, which manifested as an inability to regulate my emotions, extreme sensitivity, and emotional outbursts, informs this work. I approach this work as an opportunity to nurture my own inner child and offer the support I wish I’d had growing up. I utilize a client-centered, strengths-based approach to play therapy in order to help the children I work with feel safe to express themselves authentically. My approach is compassionate and trauma-informed, integrating Nervous System Regulation, Somatic Experiencing, Attachment Theory, and Trauma-Informed Care to help you rebuild trust in yourself and cultivate healthier relationships. My priority is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable exploring your emotions and experiences without judgment. In our work together, we’ll explore your past and present, identify patterns, and create a plan for healing.

Hi, I’m Olivia - and I’m here to help you feel more like you again. You might be holding it all together on the outside, but inside, it’s a different story: - Constantly overwhelmed by school, work, or life choices - Feeling like something’s missing, even when you “should” feel fine - Stuck in patterns that leave you unfulfilled or disconnected - Tired of trying to be who everyone else expects you to be If this sounds familiar, you’re not broken - you’re just exhausted from carrying too much for too long! I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, relationship struggles, trauma, and life transitions. Whether you’re questioning your path, overwhelmed by expectations, or feeling lost in your identity, you don’t have to figure it out alone. In our work together, you’ll have a space to slow down, speak freely, and untangle the emotional weight you’ve been carrying. We’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and what it might feel like to finally be seen and supported for who you really are. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in real-life tools you can use outside of therapy. We’ll build emotional resilience, self-trust, and strategies that help you feel grounded in your own life again - and we’ll do it at a pace that feels right for you. A bit about me: I live in Victoria, Texas, and when I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me outside - walking my dog, horseback riding, or finding new trails to explore. I’m also a big fan of discovering hidden gem food spots wherever I go.
