I help clients impacted by anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship concerns, sexual intimacy concerns, and identity-based stress. Together, we’ll explore how your various identities and lived experiences influence the way you navigate life and relationships. You will better understand yourself and develop the necessary skills to confidently face everyday challenges. I’m here to support you by recognizing and valuing all parts of who you are. My therapeutic approach is trauma-attuned, psychodynamic, relational, and social justice-oriented. I enjoy helping transgender and gender diverse clients explore their identity and experience more connection. I support clients seeking gender-affirming treatments/surgeries by collaborating with their medical providers. I also welcome folks from other diverse communities, including LGBTQ+, BIPOC, neurodiverse, and other underrepresented identities. Reaching out for support isn’t easy, especially if therapy hasn’t always felt made for you. I aim to offer a space where your full identity is welcomed and your voice has room to grow. Visit my website or get in touch with questions. I’d be glad to explore whether we’re a good fit. I provide therapy through Intersect Clinical Services, a preferred provider for Boston-area students. My practice is focused on the use of Cognitive Behavior Therapy ("CBT") to reduce symptoms of anxiety, panic and/or depression. Most of the work deals with your present and future. I am goal-oriented and practical while very mindful of the emotions and relationship factors related to feeling better. My current practice is fully remote.

Thank you for your interest in my practice! I support emerging/young adults and adults in early- mid-adulthood navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, school adjustment difficulties, intrusive thoughts and rumination, and difficult life transitions. I specialize in women's mental health. In sessions, I help clients process challenging experiences, explore emotions and behavioral patterns, and learn coping strategies to facilitate deeper understanding that supports overall well-being. I offer virtual sessions through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform and am in-network with a number of insurance plans. For those with out-of-network benefits, I can provide superbill for possible reimbursement, and I also accept private pay. She draws from evidence-based theories and, if you're open to it, incorporate mindfulness and creative visuals to help make sense of what you're going through.
Wendy Emory
Hi! Welcome to my practice. My name is Wendy Emory, LICSW. You are welcome to look at my profile on Psychology Today. Many clients come to me as they're feeling stuck and something isn't working for them, or alternatively, they're experiencing anxiety and overwhelm, perhaps related to transitions or trauma. Either way, I work to help people access what already exists within them, and help them feel better. I'm certified in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, which is a body based oriented talk therapy used to help people heal from trauma and other relational injuries.

Tanya Chen
As a psychologist I work with clients from a collaborative and respectful place to explore what is and what is not working in their lives. I identify as an East Asian cis woman and a child of immigrants. My experiences help me to bring an intergenerational, sociocultural approach to my work. This means that I think of how our struggles may not just be an individual issue, but may be rooted in our culture, environment and family background. I provide individual therapy to adults and adolescents in both English and Japanese. Some areas of specialty include relationship issues, self esteem issues, life transitions, stress, anxiety, mood issues (depression), family issues, cross cultural adaptation and intergenerational trauma.

Many people seek out psychotherapy to decrease unwanted experiences; to feel less depressed, feel less anxious, etc. While I work with clients to address these concerns, I also help to identify what we can increase together. What are your values? How can we work together to add more to your life consistent with those values? As a solo practitioner, I deliberately maintain a small client caseload to ensure I am fully able to attend to my clients’ needs. My areas of expertise include treatment of depression, anxiety, and interpersonal difficulties in adults. As a university professor, I genuinely enjoy working with college students. I believe in a collaborative approach to psychotherapy. I place a high premium on the therapeutic relationship, and work to tailor my interventions to my clients’ goals and preferences. I tend to use a relational style to help identify interpersonal patterns and supplement this approach with behavioral strategies in the service of your values. I recognize that your time and money are valuable, and I believe in regular and open communication about what is and is not working in psychotherapy. I regularly incorporate routine outcomes measures in therapy to ensure that our work together is on track with your goals and to change our approach together if it is not.

Hi there and welcome! I am a culturally responsive therapist and I have over eighteen years experience working with college students. Currently, I work primarily with daughters of immigrants, but I see people of all marginalized backgrounds. I pride myself on being easy to talk to, and I believe the relationship between me and the client is super important in the healing process. It's important that my clients feel safe and connected, so please reach out with any questions or concerns about whether we may be a good fit!
Josué Miranda Quiles
I am an LGBTQ+ therapist supporting adults. Whether you are coming to therapy to make a change, make sense of yourself or past experiences, or simply want someone to listen to you, I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space for you to explore your life, relationships and concerns. Whatever your goals, I will guide you through the process and together we will try to understand any repetitive patterns of unfulfilling behaviour and gain insight into how past experiences have come to shape present-day experiences. I also work full-time as a therapist supporting undergraduate and graduate students at Harvard University helping them navigate challenges associated with mental health, academics, and relationships. I believe the single most important aspect of successful therapy is the quality of the relationship between therapist and client. I therefore invite you to sit down with me in a relaxed way so we can talk. I can help you make better sense of your experiences, thoughts and feelings. Together we can discover meanings, recognise patterns, and explore options.

Finding the right therapist can be challenging, so here's a little about me and my practice - Warrior Heart Counseling, LLC - to see if we may be a good fit! I'm a MA licensed mental health counselor providing telehealth therapy. I've worked with teens, college students, and young adults in a multitude of capacities throughout my career. I've also taught as a professor at the college level, so I'm familiar with both sides of the classroom as teacher and student. I can help with issues such as stress, anxiety, low-level depression, perfectionism, major/career exploration, peer or relationship issues, boundary issues, enhancing coping skills, or simply navigating this major life transition. My role is to build a trusting therapeutic relationship that can help encourage you to see things in a different light, respond to situations in a new way, and navigate life’s challenges. While I often utilize cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, strength-based, and trauma-sensitive treatment modalities, my approach is tailored to meet your unique needs and goals and adapt as those grow and change with you. I enjoy working with clients who are engaged and motivated for the counseling process. If you think we may be a good fit, reach out to connect for a free 15-minute consultation!
Willsey Connections
I've created an easily accessible coaching program for college-age girls so they can access support whenever they need it from wherever they are. Whether you are concerned about navigating academics? Social life? Roommates? Missing friends and family? (Most would check off all of the above), or are simply feeling overwhelmed, anxious and aren't sure where to turn and just need an impartial adult to help, college transition coaching may be the next "right" thing. I am a therapist and life coach and have specialized in working with girls and young women for over 25 years. I can help you to learn what motivates and inspires you so that you can learn how to achieve your goals and overcome any potential obstacles. I work virtually with girls all over the world.
