I've worked in mental health for nearly 25 years, in shelters, hospitals, as a school counselor, among other settings. I deeply value learning your experience of the world, and cultural background to ensure your treatment will meet your unique goals and identity. These are difficult times that can be stressful, and it can be hard to know what the future holds. I am a person of color (Seneca/Haudenosaunee) with autoimmune issues, from a high-stress academic background. Accordingly, I may have personal experiences that inform my training as well.
